SANETER maintains a strict refund policy for proxy products because these are digital network services that are delivered for immediate use.
We do not provide free trials.
Please do not place an order with the expectation that you can purchase a proxy, test it for your own use case, and then request a refund simply because you do not like the result.
Placing an order means that you have reviewed and accepted our product description, IP verification standard, usage requirements, and refund policy before payment.
For SANETER ISP proxy products, our official classification standard is:
IP2Location → Usage Type: ISP
We do not use AS Usage Type as the ISP product-classification standard.
If the first ISP proxy delivered to you does not show IP2Location → Usage Type: ISP, please contact our support team. SANETER will provide a replacement IP at no additional charge.
If the replacement IP still does not show IP2Location → Usage Type: ISP, you may choose either to:
• Continue requesting a replacement until an IP meeting Usage Type: ISP is provided, or
• Request a refund for the affected proxy.
SANETER will not require you to accept an ISP proxy that fails our own published IP2Location Usage Type: ISP classification standard.
Normal process:
Delivered IP does not meet Usage Type: ISP → Free replacement
Replacement still does not meet Usage Type: ISP → Continue replacing until compliant, or choose a refund
Important: The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
❌ Third-party IP checker results
SANETER does not accept ping0.cc or other third-party IP checking platforms as our official classification standard. A different classification shown by another website does not override our published IP2Location → Usage Type standard.
❌ Fraud scores, risk scores, purity scores, reputation scores, or similar ratings
Different platforms calculate these values using their own databases and methodologies. SANETER does not guarantee any particular fraud score, risk score, purity score, reputation score, or similar third-party rating unless that requirement is explicitly included in the product description.
❌ AS Usage Type does not show ISP
For ISP proxy verification, SANETER uses IP2Location → Usage Type, not IP2Location → AS Usage Type. If the delivered IP correctly shows Usage Type: ISP, an AS Usage Type result such as DCH or another classification does not mean the ISP product failed our published standard and does not qualify the order for a replacement or refund.
❌ A specific website does not accept or work correctly with the proxy
SANETER does not guarantee compatibility with every website, application, platform, advertising system, social network, marketplace, payment service, or third-party risk-control system. A third-party website blocking, challenging, restricting, or rejecting an IP does not automatically mean the proxy was delivered incorrectly.
❌ The proxy does not meet your personal business requirements
Different customers use proxies for different purposes. A proxy being unsuitable for your specific website, account environment, fingerprint browser, software, workflow, or business requirement does not by itself qualify the order for a refund.
❌ Poor speed, latency, or packet loss caused by your network environment
Actual proxy performance can be affected by your local ISP, international routing, relay server, transit route, network congestion, cross-border connectivity, and local configuration. This is particularly important for users connecting from mainland China. Poor performance caused by the network path between you and the proxy does not automatically mean that the proxy itself is faulty or speed-limited.
❌ Incorrect chained-proxy, TUN, fingerprint-browser, DNS, or third-party software configuration
SANETER provides the proxy service itself. We cannot guarantee the setup or behavior of third-party proxy software, fingerprint browsers, relay servers, TUN adapters, operating systems, or customer network environments.
❌ You selected the wrong product, country, region, or configuration
Customers are responsible for reviewing the order information before payment. SANETER may provide specific replacement or account-wallet solutions in certain situations, but such goodwill solutions do not create a general right to request a cash refund.
❌ You changed your mind after purchase
Changing your mind, no longer needing the proxy, finding another provider, or deciding that another product would better suit your needs does not qualify the order for a refund.
❌ You purchased the product simply to try it
SANETER does not operate a Buy → Test → Decide → Refund trial model. Our proxy products should not be purchased as temporary trials.
If your intention is simply to buy a proxy, test whether it works for your particular website or business, and request a refund if you are not satisfied with the result, please do not place an order.
SANETER does not provide free trials, and trial-style purchasing creates unnecessary provisioning, replacement, payment, and support work for services that were never sold as trial products.
Please understand our policy before purchasing:
For ISP proxy classification, SANETER publishes the verification standard clearly before purchase: IP2Location → Usage Type: ISP.
If we fail to provide an IP meeting that standard, we will continue to provide replacements at no additional charge.
If a replacement still does not meet the standard, you are not required to continue replacing indefinitely. You may instead choose to request a refund for the affected proxy.
Refund eligibility is not determined by whichever third-party database, score, website, or personal test result is selected after delivery.
If you require any of the following, please do not place an order unless that specific requirement is explicitly included in the product description:
• A particular result from ping0.cc or another third-party database
• A specific fraud, risk, purity, or reputation score
• AS Usage Type to show ISP
• Guaranteed compatibility with a particular website
• Guaranteed performance within your own network environment
• A free trial or try-first, refund-if-unsuitable purchasing model
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted SANETER's published product verification and refund policies.
Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
