You will not be charged any additional price difference for this substitution.
How the substitution works:
IPv4 inventory unavailable → Same-location ISP proxy may be provided → No additional charge
This is intended as a complimentary upgrade rather than a downgrade or incorrect delivery.
The replacement will prioritize the same country or region you originally selected. However, the network type may change from the originally ordered IPv4 product to an ISP proxy because of temporary inventory availability.
If your business specifically requires the original IPv4 product type and you do not want an ISP substitution under any circumstances, contact our support team before placing your order so that current inventory can be checked.
By placing an order without specifying this requirement in advance, you acknowledge that SANETER may provide a same-location ISP proxy at no additional charge when the selected IPv4 inventory is unavailable.
