No. SANETER does not recommend purchasing our proxy products with the expectation that they can be connected to directly from mainland China.
Due to the specific cross-border network environment in mainland China, direct connections to overseas proxy servers may be unavailable, unstable, or perform poorly. This is related to the local network environment and routing conditions rather than a restriction intentionally applied by SANETER.
In most cases, users in mainland China will need a suitable relay or transit connection and use a chained-proxy setup such as:
Your device → Relay server → SANETER proxy → Destination
If you are not familiar with relay servers, chained proxies, or how to configure this type of network environment, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase the product until you understand the required setup.
SANETER provides the proxy service itself, but we do not guarantee direct connectivity from mainland China and cannot provide one-on-one setup of your local relay or chained-proxy environment.
